3rd Party Confidential Reporting Line for Perimeter Institute
Introduction
ConfidenceLine can be used to file a formal report on unethical or improper conduct or more generally to provide examples of disrespectful behaviour to help build awareness.
This service is open to all employees, students and visitors of Perimeter
The ConfidenceLine E-Web reporting system offers a secure web reporting communications process that allows for direct and confidential communication between you and Perimeter Institute. Please note, you may remain anonymous throughout the reporting process.
Before you begin…
Record your username and password so that you can log back in to communicate confidentially with Perimeter. ConfidenceLine cannot provide or reset usernames or passwords because there is no way to confirm the users identity in the report.
- Completed reports are sent to designates Patricia Butler, Director of People & Culture and Angela Woods, Senior Business Partner, People and Culture.
- *Should either of these designates be involved in your issue or concern, contact us at 1-800-661-9675 to file your report and it will be sent directly to Paul Smith, Managing Director and COO
- As the system can be used to file a formal report or to provide examples of disrespectful behaviour, you can skip over questions that do not apply.
- For security purposes, if there is a period of inactivity for more than sixty minutes, the system will cancel your report. Should this occur, please start the process from the beginning.
- To see Perimeter Institute's response and to continue to communicate confidentially, simply log back into the website using your username and password.
- An alternate way to submit a report or for questions regarding our service, is to call our ConfidenceLine 1-800 service at 1-800-661-9675. Our Call Agents are available 24 hours a day to assist you.
